6Betting Rules

7Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 3x (you must wager three times the bonus amount).
• Bonus validity: typically 30 days. If wagering is not completed within the validity period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: ৳500.
• Two deposit bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Winnings from bonus play are withdrawable up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• The referred person must make their first deposit for the referral bonus to be credited.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts.
• Evidence of bonus abuse.
• Wagering not completed within the specified period.
• Using a bonus on ineligible games.

10Account Closure & Suspension

• At your own request (self-exclusion or permanent closure).
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months).

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless the closure is due to a rules violation.

11Limitation of Liability

Babu Gaming is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to an internet disconnection.
• Issues with third-party payment systems.
• Account hacking resulting from the user's own negligence.
